Wire China 2024 : Introducing all the new products in the wire and cable range

CERSA-MCI will be present at Wire China 2024 from September 25 to 28 (Booth E1F31) to show its new measuring instruments, specifically its range of surface analysis equipment which has been a great success for 2 years.

Focusing on high-speed line measurement, the SQM-F (new patented technology)captures surface defects and displays their shape on screen. It can be used during production on the drawing line, or offline by analysing wire samples in its WIRE360 version.  Visitors will have the opportunity to see both solutions in action. Now available for round products from 15µm to 2000µm. A complementary solution to improve quality control.

Last but not least, CERSA-MCI will be presenting the DLN, its all-in-one solution for the wire and cable sector, running at 250 000 measurements per second on 3 axes with a total of 750 000 accurate diameter values per second ! Officially announced at Wire Düsseldorf 2024, CERSA will be soon launching this ultra-high-speed range of diameter, ovality and defect detectors, whose performance is far superior to what the competition has been offering for years!
